Abaya lovin'

Anyone who knows me knows of my love for abayas. What's even better than a comfortable black abaya? One that you've made. I am a sewing junkie but I seriously have made so many of these black 30-minute abayas and I can never get enough because of how much life they breathe into my closet. A couple weeks ago I saw this picture on my Instagram feed and was in love! I've done something similar but the idea of showcasing a bright pant was suddenly appealing to me and tying a big knot to my abaya to achieve that look. Here is the look that inspired me.
